Mohammed Moussa is assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. Emi Goto is assistant professor at the Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia and Africa at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
