Sax

The saxophone is regarded as one of the greatest inventions in the history of music. Everyone is familiar with its sound. However, the person who invented the saxophone, gave it its name, and succeeded in establishing this 'unheard-of instrument' in the face of fierce opposition has been forgotten.

Born in 1960 in Düsseldorf. Supported by the Literaturbüro NRW. Moved to West Berlin in 1985. Various writers' grants (Bertelsmann Foundation, Schöppingen Artists' Village, Berlin Screenplay Workshop). 2004-2008: Lived in Leipzig. Back in Berlin ever since. Numerous radio plays and screenplays.
