Classics at Primary School

This is the first book to provide a practical toolkit on teaching Latin and ancient Greek in primary education. It explores how we can move towards educational equity in this area utilising practical and theoretical tools. Suitable for those teaching Classics and Classical languages at primary school as well as researchers and policymakers.

Evelien Bracke currently lectures Ancient Greek Literature and Teacher Training at Ghent University (Belgium). She coordinates the Ancient Greek - Young Heroes project which brings ancient Greek to primary school pupils growing up in deprived circumstances, and has published widely on the topic.
