Fatma Asl- Kelkitli is Assistant Professor in the department of Political Science and Public Administration at Istanbul Arel University. Her academic research interests encompass international relations theory, Turkish foreign policy, Turkish-Russian relations, Russian foreign policy as well as Middle Eastern affairs with special emphasis on Iran.
