Sweta Lakhani is Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean (LLM Blended Programme) at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Haryana, India. Her interdisciplinary research lies at the intersection of law, technology, and behavioural science, with a particular focus on how emerging technologies shape legal norms, regulatory frameworks, and human decision-making. Subhajit Basu is Professor of Law and Technology at the University of Leeds, Leeds, UK, and Editor-in-Chief of the International Review of Law, Computers & Technology. His research focuses on AI, big data, autonomous systems, online harms, privacy, and access to justice, with particular attention to the Global South.
