Inequality and the European Union

This book constitutes a timely and unique interdisciplinary endeavour in law and political science to investigate whether the European Union living up to its ambitions to tackle inequalities between, across, and within European societies and states.

Chloé Brière is Professor of European Law and Director of the Institut d'Etudes Européennes (IEE) at the Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. Amandine Crespy is Professor of Political Science and EU Studies at CEVIPOL and the Institut d'Etudes Européennes (IEE) at the Université libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. She is also Visiting Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
