Beschreibung

In 1996 an eighteen-year-old walked a shot line at Fort McClellan, Alabama, because Military Police was the way to become a police officer and the post happened to be the Army's chemical school. He never learned how many injections there were. Nobody asked. You are eighteen and you still believe the government would not hurt you. Twenty-three years later he was medically retired with diagnoses the system issues when it doesn't know — Gulf War Syndrome, chronic multisymptom illness, fibromyalgia. He was never in Iraq. He assembled 3,500 pages to prove what happened to him, because no system had carried his record from 1996 to 2019. He sent them to a great many people. Most stopped answering. Bioweapons to Biodefense · Book Two: The Convergence is the second volume of a documentary history covering 2009 to 2026 — the emergency authorizations, the gain-of-function frameworks cancelled before they operated, the mRNA platform and its DARPA lineage, the eight thousand service members discharged for refusing, the four genomic databases nobody sums, the five companies that hold the health record and the compute and the analytic layer between them, and the comparison cases in China and Israel. Every substantial claim carries one of six labels — documented, contested, unverified, interpretive synthesis, author's opinion, author's testimony — so the reader always sees where the record ends and the author begins. Every chapter argues both sides of its own thesis. And an appendix publishes the book's own corrections: twenty-eight claims withdrawn, refused, or reversed, including several the author believed for twenty years and one the drafting model got wrong. Its central finding is not a conspiracy. Almost everyone in these pages was doing what they believed was right. Soldiers followed lawful orders from people they had reason to trust. Scientists pursued cures. Officials answered real emergencies. Cancer death rates fell thirty-four percent, and the book says so. But a system built from a hundred thousand reasonable decisions, shaped at the margins by those who valued money and reputation over the higher goal, produces outcomes no one chose and no one owns. Harm gets acknowledged, adjudicated, and quietly undone. Oversight gets cancelled more often than enforced. And nobody, anywhere, is assigned the job of looking at the whole. The author went looking for the thing that made him sick. He found something larger and less satisfying. He is not asking for a finding or a payment. He is asking for a registry — a list of the people who trained at Fort McClellan, so someone can eventually count them. The bill has been introduced in Congress since 2015 and has never passed. Fact-check all of it. He would rather be corrected than believed. "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world." — Ephesians 6:12

Portrait

The author had a career that spanned both Military and Federal Law Enforcement. He served in the Military from 1994 until he was Medically retired from a WTU in 2019. His service was a mix of Active Duty and Reserves. During his Reserve time he was a Pentagon Police Officer after 9/11 and later a Department of Homeland Security Special Agent. He switched gears toward the end of his career into the private sector. Using his skills at large banking institutions to help investigate Money Laundering activities. During his career he had the honor of serving with and talking to countless Veterans and Survivors. He uses some of those stories to help write his fictional tales. His greatest achievement of his life was Finding his Wife and having two amazing kids. Like countless other Veterans he now faces a different life but he knows he is blessed every time his family brings a smile to his face. In God I trust.
