JAMES A. HUTCHERSON is a Partner at IBM and low-code/no-code CTO, where he runs federal programs including the IT operations contract for the US General Services Administration. Over a career spanning nearly five decades, he has worked across technology, education, and government, including senior roles at Capgemini Government Solutions, Apollo Education Group, and Agilysys. He has mentored more than sixty military veterans and spouses into civilian technology careers through Hiring Our Heroes. He holds an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University and an MS in computer information systems from the University of Phoenix, and he is a Salesforce Certified System Architect and Certified Application Architect. He is based in Florida.
