Organizational Reliability

This book develops a definition and theoretical internal structure of the notion of organizational reliability, a theoretical background describing the structure of its three pillars and showcases a set of organizational solutions dedicated for the enhancement of organizational reliability.

Anna Zab-ocka-Kluczka is currently working as an assistant professor at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Computer Science and Management, Department of Management Systems and Organizational Development.
