The Legal System of the Vatican City State

This book examines one of the fundamental phenomena in jurisprudence, Legal Transplants (reception of law), the study of which allows us both to determine the relationships between various legal systems and between civil law and other normative systems.

Konrad Dyda is a lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration, John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland. He works as an attorney-at-law and is also the founder and president of the Medical Rights Foundation.
