Simon L. Dolan is a respected international speaker, author and scholar in human resource management, organizational behaviour, work psychology and cross-cultural competences. He has written over 80 books that have been published in various languages on themes connected with values, people management, coaching, leadership, stress-wellbeing, and the future of work. He has more than 40 years of research and teaching experience at leading universities in the United States, Canada, France, China and recently Spain.
