Subimal Bhattacharjee is a distinguished policy adviser specializing in digital and defence technology. A member of Chatham House London's Cyber Journal editorial board and former head of General Dynamics' corporate office in India, he has been a visiting fellow and collaborator with Indiana University's Ostrom Workshop. A prolific commentator on digital policy and strategic security, Bhattacharjee has authored over 800 opinion columns in leading outlets including The Indian Express, The Economic Times, NDTV and The Quint, alongside 500 television appearances. He is a speaker at top global think tanks for the last two decades and addresses corporate sessions and reviews research papers on cyber for a few research institutions and universities. His passion for documentary filmmaking has produced several acclaimed works exploring history and identity. Bhattacharjee holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Delhi and a law degree from Maharishi University, Lucknow. He has completed advanced programmes from MIT's Schwarzman College, IIT Kanpur, Lund University, and the University of London, demonstrating his commitment to interdisciplinary expertise spanning data science, artificial intelligence, and global diplomacy.
